How to Interpret Reports

1. Start with the POSTER to see a sumary of your achievements
2. Open Report 1 and find the page with your name. Review the details of what you have achieved.
3. Open Report 2 and find the page with your name. Reviewall details about yoru Milestones and what you are missing in Participates, Assists and Leads (PAL). Pay attention to the Challenge Areas (CA) you need to do these in and the requirments per CA.
4. Review the remaining Reports 3 to 11 which are printouts from each page of the big spreadsheet including Patrols, Summary data, Attendance records, PAL Other (eg scouts helped at Cubs), Milestone details, SIAs, Camps, Hikes, etc
