Term Programs now easier to manage and view

A simple TABLE view for each Scout Unit (Joeys, Cubs, Scouts, Vennies) is now available by going to the Unit Programs Navigation:

    * Programs currently uploaded are:

            Term 4, 2023 for JOEYS and SCOUTS

    * Leaders need to log in to the Admin page to add their program items.

* Copies of past programs, before they are changed, should be added to the PAST PROGRAMS Archive page by Unit Leaders, to keep a history of past activities.
